  • Navya Collections is a strictly animal-friendly brand, and all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

2. Products and Manufacturing

  • All ethnic and western garments, including Lehengas, Sarees, and Kurti sets, are designed and manufactured in-house by our own artisans.

  • We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but screen displays may vary.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We promise Fast 2-3 Day Pan-India Delivery for all orders.

  • Shipping is free across India.

  • While we strive to meet our 2-3 day deadline, Navya Collections is not liable for delays caused by external courier partners or natural circumstances.

4. Customization (Bespoke Orders)

  • For any customization or tailored pieces (especially for Wedding Wear and Lehengas), customers must connect with our design team directly via the WhatsApp link provided on our Contact Us page.

  • Customized orders are started only after final confirmation on WhatsApp.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Pickups

  • We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all standard, non-customized items.

  • Once a return is requested, we ensure a 1-day pickup service from your location.

  • Instant Refund: Unlike industry standards, we process your refund immediately after the return pickup is successfully completed.

  • Please note that Customized Wedding Wear is tailored specifically for you and is therefore non-returnable.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and passwords.

  • All content, designs, logos, and images on this website are the exclusive property of Navya Collections.
