1. 7-Day Easy Returns

  • You can request a return or exchange for any standard item (Kurtis, Sarees, Western Wear) within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Fast Return Pickup

  • Once your return request is approved, we initiate a pickup within 24 hours (1 day) from your doorstep.

  • Please ensure the item is packed and ready for our courier partner to ensure a quick transition.

3. Instant Refunds

  • We value your time. Unlike other brands, we process your refund immediately after the return pickup is successfully completed.

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or provided bank details.

4. Customized & Wedding Wear

  • As our Wedding Wear and Lehengas are often handcrafted and customized to your specific measurements, these pieces are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos for an instant resolution.
